All our meat is 100% certified, natural fed and antibiotic-free.

We maintain our own logistic operations to ensure a never broken cold chain of food supply.

  • ■ From customs clearance of our airfreight (0-2°C / 32-36°F) at Shanghai Airport to instant transportation in temperature controlled chiller lorries – to bring our fresh products safely to our stores.


  • ■ Our products are kept vacuum packed in monitored chill rooms.
  • ■ Our stock replenishment system includes constant measuring ensuring to add stock at the right time for a high turnover rate.
