  • 10g Arugula Baby Leaf 100g
  • 200g Beef Carpaccio
  • 2g Black Pepper
  • 5g Chives
  • 10pc Crouton
  • 7ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5g Parmigiano Reggiano (24 Months)
  • 5g Pine Nut
  • 8g Radish
  • 2g Sea Salt
Preparation
Steak Recipe Steps
1) Spread the thinly sliced beef evenly on the plate.
2) Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste. If you like, sprinkle some fresh Parmesan cheese on top.
3) Garnish with fresh arugula, baby radish, croutons, pine nuts, and served with a small bowl mixed with olive oil and other seasonings
4) Drizzle a little good extra virgin olive oil, chives and sprinkle again with a dash of fresh black pepper and/or extra Parmesan cheese just before serving.

Make sure the dish is kept cold, preferably refrigerated until eaten to ensure the best taste.
