Beef Carpaccio

- 10g Arugula Baby Leaf 100g
- 200g Beef Carpaccio
- 2g Black Pepper
- 5g Chives
- 10pc Crouton
- 7ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 5g Parmigiano Reggiano (24 Months)
- 5g Pine Nut
- 8g Radish
- 2g Sea Salt
Preparation
1) | Spread the thinly sliced beef evenly on the plate. |
2) | Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste. If you like, sprinkle some fresh Parmesan cheese on top. |
3) | Garnish with fresh arugula, baby radish, croutons, pine nuts, and served with a small bowl mixed with olive oil and other seasonings |
4) | Drizzle a little good extra virgin olive oil, chives and sprinkle again with a dash of fresh black pepper and/or extra Parmesan cheese just before serving. |
Make sure the dish is kept cold, preferably refrigerated until eaten to ensure the best taste.
