Beef Tenderloin Sliders

Ingredients
2 persons
  • 400g Australian Tenderloin
  • 0.4g Black Pepper
  • 2pc Burger Bread
  • 15g Butter
  • 1g coarse sea salt
Preparation

1)       Slice the tenderloin in 4 equal thin slices, lightly season with salt and fry in the butter till lightly browned.

2)       Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.

3)       For the sauce combine the mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, milk and black pepper.

4)       Slice the burgers, place the spinach at the bottom, beef slices on top, horseradish on top.

Tips and Suggestions

For the Horseradish Sauce

  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Pinch of black pepper
