- 500g Australian Oyster Blade Grain-Fed MB2+
- 2piece Crushed Garlic Cloves
- 400g Fresh Stir-fry Vegetable Mix
- 16ml Olive Oil
- 280g Soba Noodles
- 32ml Teriyaki Marinade
1. Thinly sliced beef. In a large non-stick frying pan, heat half the oil over high heat. Cook beef, in 2 batches, for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned and tender. Set aside on a plate covered with foil.
2. Reduce the heat to medium-high, spray the pan with olive oil and cook the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the stir-fry mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until vegetables are just tender.
3. Return the beef to the pan, add teriyaki marinade and toss to coat.
4. Meanwhile, prepare soba noodles according to packet instructions.
5. Divide noodles between plates, top with stir fry and sprinkle with green onions, to serve.
1. If you don't have bottle teriyaki marinade, you can use dark soy sauce instead, or make your own flavor sauce. Mix cornflour with 1/4 glass water, stir until dissolved and put aside. Add a glass water, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced ginger and garlic powder into a non-stick frying pan. Heat with medium fire for around 1 minute. Mix both and heat for around 5-7 minutes or until it is viscous..
2. You can use rice instead of soba noodles.
