Beef And Chicken Fajitas

  • 2g Cajun Seasoning
  • 20g Fresh Coriander
  • 60g Green Sweet Bell Pepper, Small (300g)
  • 50g President Sour Cream 150g
  • 60g Red Bell Pepper
  • 50g Red Onion
  • 10ml Soy Sauce
  • 4pieces Tortilla
  • 200g White Mushrooms (250g)
  • 10ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • 100g Chicken Breast
  • 100g Australian Flank Steak MB2+ Grain-Fed
Preparation

 1. In a large pan, heat cooking oil over medium high fire. When the oil is smoking add the flank steak and chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper and add the soy sauce sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cajun seasoning and cook for about 3 - 4 minutes to start browning the meat.

2. When the meat is almost cooked add the vegetables and cook for a minute or two. The vegetables should be still crispy but cooked.

3. Serve in a plate with the warm flour tortillas, sour cream and coriander.
