The Classic American Hot Dog – A Bite of Ballpark Nostalgia Nothing says summer in America quite like a hot dog fresh off the grill at a ballgame. Born from German frankfurters and embraced at turn-of-the-century New York street carts, the hot dog became a symbol of easy, affordable comfort. Simple, soft bun, savory all-beef frank, and that unmistakable stripe of yellow mustard — it’s a bite of nostalgia that never goes out of style.
Instructions:
| 1) | Grill the hotdogs with the oil on a low fire until lightly browned. |
| 2) | Line the bottom of a 28cm springform with parchment paper. |
| 3) | Place the hotdog in the bun and drizzle with mustard (classic option). Add other condiments if desired. |
Optional: ketchup, relish, chopped onions, sauerkraut
