- 600g Hamburger Grain-Fed
- 4pc Smoked Breakfast Bacon
- 4pc Provolone Valpadana Dolce
- 4pc Ripe Tomatoes
- 4pc Lettuce
- 20g Thin Sliced Onions
- 4pc Burger Bread
- 20g Beppino Occelli Butter
- 20g All Natural BBQ Sauce
Preparation
- 1,Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
- 2,Grill the Swiss Butchery beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until your desired doneness.
- 3,In the final minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
- 4,Add a spoon of butter in a pan, combine with the thin sliced onions, cook on a low temperature slowly till they are light brown / caramelized.
- 5,Meanwhile, cook the bacon strips until crispy.
- 6,Toast the brioche buns until golden brown.
- 7,Assemble the burger: Start with the bottom bun, add your sauce, followed by lettuce, the beef patty with melted cheese, bacon, tomato slices, caramelized onions, and finally, the top bun.
