  • 4pc Smoked Breakfast Bacon
  • 4pc Provolone Valpadana Dolce
  • 4pc Ripe Tomatoes
  • 4pc Lettuce
  • 20g Thin Sliced Onions
  • 4pc Burger Bread
  • 20g Beppino Occelli Butter
  • 20g All Natural BBQ Sauce
Preparation

  • 1,Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
  • 2,Grill the Swiss Butchery beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until your desired doneness.
  • 3,In the final minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  • 4,Add a spoon of butter in a pan, combine with the thin sliced onions, cook on a low temperature slowly till they are light brown / caramelized.
  • 5,Meanwhile, cook the bacon strips until crispy.
  • 6,Toast the brioche buns until golden brown.
  • 7,Assemble the burger: Start with the bottom bun, add your sauce, followed by lettuce, the beef patty with melted cheese, bacon, tomato slices, caramelized onions, and finally, the top bun.
