- 400g Australian Wagyu Striploin MB8+
- 240g Broccoli
- 120g Brown Onion
- 100g Frozen Peas
- 4ml Olive Oil
- 1piece Orange Carrots
- 14g Traditional Gravy Mix
- 300g White Potatoes
1. Heat a lightly oiled chargrill pan on high. Cook steaks for 3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, boiled potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, adding carrots, broccolini and peas for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Drain and put aside.
3. In a non-stick frying pan heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until softened. Add the prepared gravy, stir slowly (add an appropriate amount of water according to the actual situation). Simmer for 1 minute or until heated through.
Serve steaks with gravy and vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley, to serve.
1. Substitute potatoes with shoestring or sweet potato fries.
2. Any vegetables of choice would work well – snow peas, green beans, broccoli, and squash, to name a few.
