Mexican Carne Asada

  • 1000g Australian Skirt MB2+ Grain-Fed
  • 4g Chili Powder
  • 40g Cilantro
  • 4g Dried Oregano
  • 20ml Frantoi Cutrera Primo Fine Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml
  • 4g Ground Black Pepper
  • 4g Ground Cumin
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • 20g Minced garlic
  • 4slice Orange
  • 10ml Orange Juice
  • 20ml Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2g Salt
  • 30ml Soy Sauce
  • 10ml Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation

1.Combine soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, orange slices, lime juice, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, garlic, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and salt in a large bowl and whisk to combine. 

2. To marinate beef, place meat in a large freezer bag or in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Pour marinade on top of beef, close bag or cover dish, and marinate at least 1 hour

3.Grill to liking.
