- 1000g Australian Skirt MB2+ Grain-Fed
- 4g Chili Powder
- 40g Cilantro
- 4g Dried Oregano
- 20ml Frantoi Cutrera Primo Fine Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml
- 4g Ground Black Pepper
- 4g Ground Cumin
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 20g Minced garlic
- 4slice Orange
- 10ml Orange Juice
- 20ml Red Wine Vinegar
- 2g Salt
- 30ml Soy Sauce
- 10ml Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
1.Combine soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, orange slices, lime juice, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, garlic, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and salt in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
2. To marinate beef, place meat in a large freezer bag or in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Pour marinade on top of beef, close bag or cover dish, and marinate at least 1 hour
3.Grill to liking.
