French Style Beef Tartare

- 300g Beef Tartar Cubes
- 1tsp capers chopped
- 1tsp chopped gherkins
- 1tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1pc egg yolk
- 2tsp finely chopped chives
- 2tsp finely chopped parsley
- 40ml Olive Oil
- 4g Salt and pepper to Taste
- 2.52tbsp shallots finely diced
- 4drops Tabasco
- 1tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 4drops Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
1)
Mix
the eggyolk, mustard and olive oil, add all other ingredients except the beef.

Add
the beef and mince well together
3)
Place
the beef tartare on a plate together with toasted bread or a simple salad.
