Classic Beef tartar

- 400g Beef Tartar Cubes
- 1tablespoon capers chopped
- 1tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1pc egg yolk
- 2tablespoon flat leaf parley finely chopped
- 40ml Olive Oil
- 15ml red wine vinegar
- 4g salt and pepper to taste
- 1pc shallot finely chopped
- 30ml Whole grain Dijon Mustard
Preparation
1) Add the olive oil, whole grain mustard, wine vinegar, capers, dijon mustard in a bowl, season to taste
2) Add the beef, shallots, egg yolk and parsley
3) To serve place the tartar on a plate together with toasted bread. Garnish with if desired.
