Classic Beef tartar

  • 400g Beef Tartar Cubes
  • 1tablespoon capers chopped
  • 1tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1pc egg yolk
  • 2tablespoon flat leaf parley finely chopped
  • 40ml Olive Oil
  • 15ml red wine vinegar
  • 4g salt and pepper to taste
  • 1pc shallot finely chopped
  • 30ml Whole grain Dijon Mustard
Preparation

1) Add the olive oil, whole grain mustard, wine vinegar, capers, dijon mustard in a bowl, season to taste

2) Add the beef, shallots, egg yolk and parsley

3) To serve place the tartar on a plate together with toasted bread. Garnish with if desired.
