  • 2tbsp butter
  • 1pc egg
  • 2tbsp flour
  • 30g grated parmesan
  • 2pc Juice of 1 lemon
  • 400g large chicken breasts (about 400 g total)
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 2g Salt & pepper

Crisp, golden, and zesty — this dish turns chicken breast into something truly satisfying. A light crust of parmesan and breadcrumbs adds crunch while lemon butter keeps it tender.


Instructions:

1) Flatten breasts slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
2) Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with parmesan-breadcrumb mix.
3) Heat butter and oil; pan-fry 4–5 min per side until golden and cooked.
4) Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
