- 2tbsp butter
- 1pc egg
- 2tbsp flour
- 30g grated parmesan
- 2pc Juice of 1 lemon
- 400g large chicken breasts (about 400 g total)
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 2g Salt & pepper
Preparation
Crisp, golden, and zesty — this dish turns chicken breast into something truly satisfying. A light crust of parmesan and breadcrumbs adds crunch while lemon butter keeps it tender.
Instructions:
| 1) | Flatten breasts slightly. Season with salt and pepper. | |
| 2) | Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with parmesan-breadcrumb mix. | |
| 3) | Heat butter and oil; pan-fry 4–5 min per side until golden and cooked. | |
| 4) | Drizzle with lemon juice before serving. | |
