- 125g Bread Crumbs
- 25g Brown Sugar
- 1piece Egg
- 125ml Emmi Full Milk 1L
- 25g French's Classic Yellow Mustard 230g
- 75g Ketchup
- 750g Lean Fresh Minced Beef Grain-Fed
- 10g Salt and Pepper
- 1piece Yellow Onions (400g)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased baking dish.
In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
Bake at 175 degrees C for 1 hour.
