Homemade Meatloaf

  • 125g Bread Crumbs
  • 25g Brown Sugar
  • 1piece Egg
  • 125ml Emmi Full Milk 1L
  • 25g French's Classic Yellow Mustard 230g
  • 75g Ketchup
  • 750g Lean Fresh Minced Beef Grain-Fed
  • 10g Salt and Pepper
  • 1piece Yellow Onions (400g)
Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.

  • In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased baking dish.

  • In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.

  • Bake at 175 degrees C for 1 hour.
