Tomato, Caper, Olive and Blue Cheese Salad

  • 90g Blue Stilton
  • 30g Capers
  • 12g Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 48ml Galateo & Friends Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 6piece Large Red Tomato
  • 90g Pitted Green Nocellara Olives
  • 75ml Salemipina Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bio
Preparation

Arrange sliced tomatoes on large platter.


Drizzle with vinegar and then oil. Sprinkle lightly with salt and generously with pepper.


Sprinkle with the olives, blue cheese and capers. Garnish with basil leaves.
