- 5g Five Spices Powder
- 2piece Fresh Pigeon
- 50g Garlic
- 10g Ginger
- 4g Salt
- 10ml Soy Sauce
Preparation
Wash pigeons, drain water.
add soy sauce + salt + five spice powder, marinate for maximum 24 h.
Then
put it into a pressure cooker, add garlic and ginger.
