  • 5g Five Spices Powder
  • 2piece Fresh Pigeon
  • 50g Garlic
  • 10g Ginger
  • 4g Salt
  • 10ml Soy Sauce
Preparation

Wash pigeons, drain water.

add soy sauce + salt + five spice powder, marinate for maximum 24 h.

Then put it into a pressure cooker, add garlic and ginger.
