Marinated Flank Steak

- 750g Australian Flank Steak MB2+ Grain-Fed
- 102ml canola oil
- 1.02tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2.04cloves garlic
- 0.48teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2.04tbsp lemon juice
- 72ml low sodium soy sauce
- 51ml red wine vinegar
- 1.5tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
1)
Mix
together all the ingredients in a bowl.
2)
Place
the steak in baking dish large enough to fit the steak.
3)
Pour
the marinade over the flank, turn the steak several times so it gets well
coated. Leave it in the fridge for 2 to 6 hours covered.
4)
Preheat
a skillet, add the steak till medium done.
5)
Rest
the steak for 5 minutes and slice it in thin strips.
