Our Pâté de Campagne, produced to our signature recipe in the Swiss Butchery kitchen, is made in the classic French style with pork liver, belly and bacon alongside a generous blend of fresh herbs and spices. It is unique for its coarse, meaty texture, which makes it exceptionally easy to slice before spreading on a thick slide of warm, fresh bread. Best served alongside something sweet or sour, like caramelized onions or pickles, to cut through its uniquely rich flavors.
