Zonin Amarone della Valpolicella comes from Valpolicella in Veneto, Italy, and is made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes. The grapes are semi-dried for around 120 days before fermentation, creating a rich, concentrated and velvety dry red.
Expect flavours of wild berries, dried plum and dried fruit, with a broad aroma, smooth texture and long, warming character.

Serving & pairing tip
