Te Mata Elston Chardonnay comes from Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, with fruit grown in the estate’s vineyards around Havelock Hills, Dartmoor Valley and Bridge Pā. Fermented in French oak, it is a dry, medium-to-full-bodied Chardonnay with richness balanced by fresh acidity.
Expect flavours of white peach, pineapple, citrus and nougat, with a smooth texture, subtle oak and a long, fresh finish.
