This multiple award-winning olive oil is unfiltered and a monocultivar of local Tonda Iblea olives. The olives are cold pressed at the producers mill within six hours of being picked. A green olive oil with golden reflections and tasting notes are a nice harmony of sweet, bitter and spicy elements.
