Taste

Stonefruit and citrus power through the palate, with hints of cherries popping up here and there. Apples and apricots come along for the ride. Toasted hazelnuts round it off. The mousse is super fine with a nice chalky texture, but the length is the talking point. It never seems to end. Drink now, but would be an interesting evolution through to 2028. Enjoy with kingfish nigiri.
