"Jura" refers to the region where the cheese is produced – the Jura Mountains, located on the border between Switzerland and France.

Paradis Jura is classified as a semi-hard cheese. It does not crumble, has a pleasant texture that is not rubbery, and features a natural rind with no holes or bubbles. The interior color is creamy or slightly yellowish. The aroma is quite strong but not overwhelming.

Like other quality cheeses, Paradis Jura should be allowed to warm up slightly after being taken out of the refrigerator before serving.

You can enjoy it on its own or place it on a cheese platter with other cheeses. It can also be used in cooking.
