Raclette is one of the most enjoyed speciality cheeses in Switzerland and France. Raclette cheese is melted and served over boiled small potatoes. The meal also usually includes cold cuts like bresaola, parma ham and coppa , cornichons, pearl onions (ask us, we have it all). Allow about 200 g of Raclette cheese and 200 to 250 g of potatoes per person.
