Made in Jura from unpasteurized cow's milk, this French cheese is a smooth, compact, hard cheese. Our Comté Fromi is matured from 30 to 36 months which gives it a tangy fruitiness flavour, with a hint of nuttiness. The AOP means that the cows are Montbéliarde, the milk is raw, and the wood planks used to ripen the disks are made of untreated local spruce, amongst other things. Imported from France.
