Typical English cheese also called "The King of Cheeses", the Stilton is a blue cheese made from local milk which is pasteurized before use. The Blue Stilton is characterised by its typical blue veining with rich complex flavours and a piquant finish. It is less intense and more firm than a Gorgonzola.
