Crafted from pork belly and shoulder, our porchetta is slow-roasted to achieve perfectly blistered crackling on the outside and juicy, aromatic meat within. The real indulgence lies in the filling — a delicate blend of Italian black truffle, herbs, and garlic, bringing earthy depth and elegance to every slice.

Each porchetta comes with a small jar of white truffle oil to drizzle before serving, for that extra touch of festive luxury.

Preorder 1 day in advance and allow 2-3 days in the fridge for the herbs to fully infuse into the meat. 


To prepare, roast in the oven at 140°C for 4 hours and finish at 250°C (or maximum) for 20-30 minutes until the skin reaches ultimate crispiness. 

Once the porchetta is fully cooked , gently brush the white truffle oil evenly over the crispy skin surface to preserve its delicate aroma.
