Pio Cesare “Il Bricco” Barbaresco comes from Bricco di Treiso in Piedmont, Italy, and is made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in selected high-elevation plots. It is a structured, concentrated red with firm tannins, bright acidity and strong ageing potential.

Expect ripe fruit, spice, freshness and a long finish, with plenty of structure while remaining balanced rather than overly heavy.

Serving & pairing tip
Serve around 18–20°C. Its firm tannins and concentrated character work especially well with braised beef, roast lamb or mature cheese. Young bottles can benefit from some air before serving.
