2) Take the lamb chops we have prepared for you and place them on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.
3) Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until it reaches medium doneness (about 5 medium rare). If you prefer to be a little more cooked, you can increase the baking time appropriately.
4) After roasting, let it sit for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute so that the meat will be more juicy and delicious when cut.
