Bastides Small Saucisson

Saucisson is France’s answer to salami, and is beloved in its home country for its rich yet subtle flavors. This classic saucisson is produced in the South of France to a traditional recipe using only the finest cuts of grass-fed pork, balancing subtle spices and meaty richness. It is then slow-dried to create a complex, aromatic flavor that is best enjoyed when thinly sliced, either as part of a charcuterie platter or on a lightly buttered fresh baguette.
