Kalbsbratwurst is a delicious Swiss sausage that is traditionally served on the country’s national day, made with a blend of pork and veal that gives it a uniquely savory flavor, subtle and mild enough to make it a perfect Sunday brunch treat for adults and kids alike. The sausage comes from the Swiss city of St. Gallen, and ours is made to the exact recipe of the famous Rietman St. Gallen restaurant. It’s for that reason that, although all of our sausages are top-notch, this one has to be one of our absolute favorites. Cooking tip
