It doesn’t get any more classic than a great frankfurter. These sausages are so universally beloved that you could be forgiven for asking us how we intend improve upon perfection. The answer is by using our own unique recipe and a signature blend of only the finest imported beef and pork, resulting in a house-made gourmet sausage that, when placed in a fresh bun and drizzled with your favorite sauce, might be the best hot dog you’ve ever tasted.

How We Do It

We make our sausages in small batches using imported pork that’s free from hormones and antibiotics, chosen for great flavor and texture. The meat is ground and mixed in-house, seasoned with traditional recipes and carefully selected spices, then stuffed into natural casings for the right snap (or collagen casings where the style calls for it). All cooking and smoking is done naturally, start to finish.
