Beef Wellington is an English pie made of grain fed beef tenderloin coated with duxelles( finely chopped cooked mushrooms)  which is then wrapped in Ham and puff pastry, then baked.

Our Beef Wellington is premade with care by our swiss butchery chefs, to make it easier for you to enjoy this delicacy without the arduous task of making it from scratch. 

To enjoy this delicacy there are very simple steps:

-Make sure the beef wellington is fully defrosted (24h)

-Prepare an egg wash whisking a whole egg with 15 ml of water

-Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius 

-Place the Beef Wellington on the oven tray with parchment paper and brush it with the egg wash.

-Bake for 35 to 40 min until golden brown

-Take out of the oven and let rest for 10 min before slicing 

-Enjoy
