Duck rillettes is a true French delicacy, a rich and indulgent treat that is the perfect way to kick off a special meal. Ours is made in-house in the Swiss Butchery kitchen to a traditional recipe, taking shredded duck that is 80% lean and 20% fat (for extra flavor), seasoning with a complex blend of fresh herbs and spices, then slow-cooking for an intensely tender texture. The result is a jar of heaven that is perfect when liberally slathered over a fresh slice of artisanal bread.
