Our Classic Porchetta is prepared from pork belly, carefully rolled with a traditional blend of fresh herbs, garlic and seasoning. The result is a generous Italian-style roast with juicy, flavourful meat on the inside and crisp, golden crackling on the outside.
For the best result, allow the porchetta to rest in the refrigerator for 2–3 days before cooking, giving the herbs and aromatics time to fully infuse into the meat.

Cooking Tips
Preheat the oven to 140°C.
Place the porchetta in a roasting tray and roast for approximately 4 hours at 140°C, allowing the meat to cook slowly and remain tender and juicy.
To finish, increase the oven temperature to 250°C, or the highest temperature your oven allows, and roast for a further 20–30 minutes until the skin is deeply golden and crisp.
Keep a close eye on the porchetta during the final stage, as ovens vary and the skin can crisp quickly at high temperatures.
Once cooked, allow the porchetta to rest briefly before slicing. Serve in generous slices with the crisp crackling alongside.
