Salentein Barrel Selection Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Argentina's Uco Valley in Mendoza and is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a structured, dry red with a rich but balanced character and a long finish.

Expect flavours of blackcurrant, plum, black pepper and subtle eucalyptus, supported by fine tannins that give the wine plenty of structure without making it overly heavy.
