Our Dutch supplier is well-known for producing reliable and responsible Milk-Fed Veal according to the highest food safety and animal welfare standards, like maintaining a responsible use of antibiotics. Their calves are free to walk around in groups in spacious, well-ventilated stables with plenty of daylight. By producing its own roughage they ensure optimal quality and food safety. With that, their Veal production is carried out under optimum control conditions in ultra-modern plants.

Milk-Fed Veal is more tender than Grass-Fed Veal, because these calves are fed 6 to 7 months with calf’s milk supplemented with carefully picked raw materials in the form of muesli, called ‘roughage’. As a result of the special diet, Milk-Fed Veal is light pink in color. Its fine structure and light taste makes Milk-Fed Veal a valued delicacy –universally appreciated in many cuisines. Because Milk-Fed Veal is easily digestible, highly nutritious and rich in protein, it particularly meets essential requirements for growing kids.

Perfect for quick and easy meals, veal schnitzel is a lean, tender and delicate cut of calf meat. Our veal schnitzels are carefully trimmed, thinned and coated with flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs by our skilled butchers.
