Beef back ribs are the beef version of the baby back ribs. The beef back ribs come from the portion of the ribs that is closest to the spine, where the curve of the bone is found. Beef back ribs are less about the meat on them, but more about the meat in between them. A great choice for the BBQ, to smoke or to just grill in the pan.
