Crafted from the finest quality lamb, our kebabs are prepared by our expert chefs in the Swiss Butchery kitchen and marinated in a luscious mixture of Moroccan spices to give your next BBQ a little extra kick. The lamb used to make them is imported fresh from Pure South, a 100% farmer-owned New Zealand cooperative known for producing some of the world’s finest, healthiest and highest quality free-range lamb. Each kebab is roughly 80g and they are sold in packs of three to feed 1-2 diners.
